It’s almost summertime and you want to change the look and ambiance of your child’s room. The problem is you don’t really have the time and energy to repaint the walls yourself. And putting aside a budget for hiring a painter or buying a new wallpaper is not in your priority list at the moment.
So, how about putting a removable wall sticker? There are many designs available and children themselves, most of the time, have already a fair idea what they would like to put on their walls.
My six- year-old daughter likes princesses and fairies and luckily, we found this design below.
So together we put the décor on her wall. She would look at it everytime she lies down on her bed at night and with adoration would say, “I really love my room, mommy”.
My three years old chose rabbits and was happy to help stick them on the wall as well. Luckily, she only had to do the ones she can reach.
I chose a couple more designs on top of what my kids like, to fill up other empty wall space in their room. Most probably I was even more excited to choose patterns than my own kids. Here are a few more fun removable sticker designs I used to decorate my children's room.
For me, this is a cheaper option to decorate a child's room, not to mention quicker. These wall stickers will most probably stay until I am ready to have a good room make over. Or perhaps until when my children think the design is already too babyish?
