Animated Disney movies are enjoyed, not only by many young children, but by adults just the same. Animations obviously attract young viewers but the music and the story have captured many young at hearts.
From Disney classics to the latest animated release, what was your favorite animated Disney movie as a child? What did you enjoy (or do enjoy) watching with your children?
I loved watching all Disney movies as a child but my favourite was Snow White and the Seven dwarfs. I remembered I was afraid of the wicked step mom but was always excited when the dwarfs come and sing 'Heigh Ho'. My 3 and 6 year old girls love watching 'Tinkerbell' . When they play pretend, they recite the dialogue from the movie (Sisters? Sisters!) and they play nicely because they are sisters like Tinkerbell and Periwinkle. I watched the full movie with them one day, and I did really enjoy it. We all sing the background song when the winter fairies and warm fairies ice skate. The music stays in my head, too after a while. Lovely film!
